Organic decaf teas are never as good as the real thing. However, I use this all the time to make 1/2 caff versions of my favorite teas. It has a mild version of a ceylon tea.

Not my favorite decaf

This tea has a slight flowery scent and flavor, similar to Earl Grey, which is not what I was looking for. Also, it was very crumbly, and I ended up with a lot of "fines" in the bottom of my cup if I didn't use a filter paper. Going back to English Breakfast for my black decaf.
